A Texas paddler's e-mail list called CanoeTX operated by the Texas River Recreation Association already exists. Why duplicate an already good thing? I've provided details below as the user information can be difficult to find.

Most of the local paddling clubs also have lists for specific events related to those clubs and for paddling in the local area. The organizations page lists paddling clubs across Texas.

CanoeTX

The CanoeTX listserv is operated by the Texas River Recreation Association. Thus, we've included the information for the CanoeTX e-mail list here. Because no archive exists, I encourage posting trip reports and related information to this website.

Subscribe

To subscribe to the CanoeTX e-mail list/group, send an e-mail to canoetx-request@world.std.com with the word 'subscribe' (without the quotes) in the body.

Unsubscribe

To remove yourself from the CanoeTX e-mail list, send an email to canoetx-request@world.std.com with the word 'unsubscribe' (no quotes) in the body.

Or, from another account, besides username@company.com:

'unsubscribe username@company.com'
